Issues Management Tool Kit

The Issues Management Tool Kit is aimed at providing a quick start to managing your project issues, including software bugs.  It discusses when and how issues should be handled in your project and provides suitable templates for Issue registers, Change registers and, for IT projects, bug tracking registers.

The Tool Kit comprises a binder with a comprehensive guide to issue management, plus samples of each of the forms provided.  Templates are provided in Acrobat format on disk or CD, with an option to upgrade to Word or Excel versions for customisation.
